The National Council of Psychotherapists is one of the longest established professional societies of its type in the United Kingdom, being formed in 1971.  The NCP is a National and International organisation where most members are in private practice as Psychotherapists, Hypnotherapists, Coaches, Counsellors or in combinations of these professions.  

We do not restrict our membership to a single model of psychotherapy or coaching but accept as members suitably qualified professionals who wish to join and who can demonstrate their professionalism.  The public who seek a member of the NCP for help can be assured of the highest qualifications and experience.
